We offer all the year long, in a Guest House
staying at 5 minutes from the heart of Brussels,
in the area going to the Basilique of Koekelbergh,
a spatious homestay ideal for couples,
businessman/businesswoman, globe-trotters
dreaming about quietness and rest.

If you will stay more than 5 days (or more),
you will be lucky to get our friend prices:
10% benefit on the last night stay.


More about our Guests house renting:

Option flat single: for globe trotters willing to stay
between 1 and 6 month(s) 50 euros per day /furnished flat.
You can rent for 30 euros per day and per person
if you are 2 persons.

Option apartment duo: for couples on travel 70 euros per day
or 35 euros per person and per day.

Option businesstrip: for business(wo)men willing to stay
at least 7 days 75 euros per day / furnished apartment.
To negociate if you come at 2.


We offer a complete furnished renting in studios
or in apartments, with the bed sheets and the towels:
your individual kitchen is fully furnished and
you may cook on your own convenience.

You will also find a television,a free internet access,
a separate bathroom, a separate bedroom for one or for two
at your convenience, in a public area well organized with metros,
shops and leisure activities. A lot of shops also nearby.
We only ask to respect each others in the house.
